Aviel is an attorney at our firm, bringing a unique perspective that combines a deep understanding of how government authorities operate alongside extensive academic knowledge. Prior to joining the firm, Aviel gained significant experience in public service as an intern in the Fiscal Department of the Tel Aviv District Attorney's Office (Civil Division). In this role, he was involved in managing complex and large-scale tax cases, gaining in-depth familiarity with the decision-making processes and methods of operation of tax authorities and state bodies.
Aviel's professional experience also includes work at the Magistrates' Court in the Tel Aviv District, where he was exposed to the intricacies of litigation and the management of legal proceedings "behind the scenes." This combination of experience at the District Attorney's Office and familiarity with the court system gives Aviel a distinct advantage in case management and in building legal strategies that anticipate several moves ahead.
Alongside his legal practice, Aviel serves as a teaching assistant at the Faculty of Law at the Academic Track of the College of Management, a role that reflects his mastery of legal intricacies and his high-level analytical capabilities. His broad education, which also includes certifications as a corporate director and as a mediator, enables him to provide the firm's clients with a comprehensive service that integrates business-oriented thinking, negotiation skills, and amicable dispute resolution, alongside uncompromising legal advocacy when necessary.
