Daniel acquired the foundations of her legal practice in the central arenas of public and civil law in Israel. She began her career with a practicum at the Family Court in Tel Aviv, where she was exposed to the sensitivities required in managing complex disputes. She subsequently built her tax expertise during a prestigious internship at the Fiscal Department of the Tel Aviv District Attorney's Office (Civil Division).
During her tenure at the District Attorney's Office, Daniel worked under the direct supervision of the department head, gaining hands-on experience in managing large-scale tax cases. Her experience representing the State now provides her with a significant strategic advantage in representing taxpayers, thanks to her intimate familiarity with the tax authorities' decision-making processes and methods of operation.
