The court accepted the appellant's appeal against the VAT Director's decision to impose tax on the appellant for the sale of building rights attached to a property that was predominantly leased under protected tenancy pursuant to the Tenant Protection Law [Consolidated Version], 5732-1972, in proportion to the ratio between the portions leased under protected tenancy and the remaining portions of the property.
